Fulham defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah could face ‘weeks’ on the sidelines after being stretchered off eight minutes into Saturday’s 3-0 defeat at Everton.
The London Evening Standard report that the 20-year-old is believed to have suffered a dislocated shoulder after colliding with Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
The right-back received lengthy treatment on the Goodison Park pitch before being carried off and replaced by Cyrus Christie.
It is thought that medics at the club will assess his injury further this week and decide on the best course of action regarding treatment.

Fosu-Mensah has been a key part of Slavisa Jokanovic’s team so far this season, starting all but two Premier League matches.
The three-cap Netherlands international moved to Craven Cottage on a season-long loan from Manchester United this summer, having spent last season at Crystal Palace.
Christie is likely to take Fosu-Mensah’s place in the starting XI whilst he is sidelined.
Next up for the Cottagers is a home clash with Arsenal, where Jokanovic’s men will be hoping to end a run of four Premier League matches without a win.
