Fulham scouts have reportedly been tracking the progress of Chelsea youngster Jake Clarke-Salter.
HITC report that the Cottagers were joined by Burnley and German outfits Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen in watching the 21-year-old in action recently.
The defender is currently on loan at Vitesse Arnhem in Holland, where he has impressed in his 12 appearances to date.
The player has been named in the Eredivisie team of the week on several occasions and is improving game by game.

Clarke-Salter signed a season-long loan deal with the Dutch club in the summer but is understood to have a break clause in January should Chelsea feel his progress would be benefitted elsewhere.
The defender initially joined Chelsea in 2006 and spent all but one of his academy years at Cobham before making his first-team debut in last season’s Carabao Cup.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Championship outfit Sunderland where he made 13 appearances, but couldn’t prevent them from dropping down to League One.
It is believed the Cottagers would consider a permanent move for the player, who has been capped six times at U21 level by England, rather than a temporary solution.
