Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has reportedly been reassured that he will be given time to turn around the club’s fortunes.
The London Evening Standard write that owner Shahid Khan held positive talks with the 50-year-old after Saturday’s 3-0 defeat to AFC Bournemouth.
Fulham have made a disappointing start to the Premier League season following promotion via the playoffs in May.
The Cottagers have won just one of their 10 matches to date, that coupled with two draws mean they have just five points and are two points off the bottom.

In addition, Jokanovic’s men have the worst defensive record in the league conceding 28 goals, five more than fellow strugglers Cardiff City.
Many supporters have expressed concerns at the Serb’s unwillingness to adopt a more defensive style of play given the number of goals they are conceding, but that doesn’t seem to worry Khan.
Jokanovic joined the West Londoner’s in December 2015, where he guided the club to Championship safety in his first six months before last season’s promotion.
Fulham will face an uphill battle on Thursday when they take on Manchester City in the Carabao Cup, before Monday’s crucial Premier League clash with Huddersfield Town.
