Fulham have been linked with a January loan move for Leicester City striker Islam Slimani.
As reported by The Telegraph, Slimani is currently on loan at Turkish outfit Fenerbahce who are willing to cut short his season-long deal.
The 30-year-old has scored just one league goal this season as Erwin Koeman’s side sit third bottom of the Turkish Premier League.
He is deemed surplus to requirements by Leicester boss Claude Puel, who is eager to have a major clear-out of his squad in January.

Fulham manager Claudio Ranieri parted with a club record fee of £29m to take the Algerian international to the King Power Stadium in August 2016, just months after he guided the Foxes to the Premier League title.
After scoring seven league goals in his debut campaign in the Midlands, Slimani spent the second half of last term on loan at Newcastle United where he failed to score.
Ranieri is considering a £15m permanent deal for the player, although it is believed Puel would allow Slimani to leave on another temporary deal.
Alexsandar Mitrovic has lead the line to good effect for the Cottagers this season. scoring seven goals and providing two assists.
In terms of striking options, Fulham also have Aboubakar Kamara and Luciano Vietto at their disposal.
